General

(a) Pickwick Lodge Farm bed and breakfast, Corsham, is sorry that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.

(b) All accommodation types come with a full award winning English breakfast served between 7am - 9am

(i) Alternative breakfast times are by prior arrangement only.

(c) Off road parking in our secure parking area is included

Payment

(a) We accept Credit/Debit cards (exc. American Express) cash, UK cheques & Sterling travelers cheques. 

(b) We request a booking deposit of £30 per room. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit.

(c) Rates are "per room per night":

(i) and are based on two adults (over 12 years of age) sharing a room.

(ii) "single occupancy" is for one person per room per night.

(iii) Please contact us for any other rates.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel please let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to re-let your booking we will return your deposit. If we are unable to re-let your room, we will hold your deposit against a future visit when it will be credited in full.

Any cancellation on a bank holiday or 48 hours before your arrival day, will not be refunded.

Complimentary broadband Wi-Fi

(a) Pickwick Lodge Farm's fast Broadband Wi-Fi, is provided complimentary to the accommodation. We do not guarantee the reliability nor speed at which the service operates.

(b) Use of the broadband Wi-Fi will be through the use of guests own hardware (i.e. laptop computer, mobile phone), which will require the ability to access Wi-Fi.

(c) The broadband Wi-Fi service is provided compliementary to the accommodation and as such, a fair usage policy is in effect on the use of this service. Each room per night, has a maximum download of 50 MB. An extra 100 MB per night, per room can be purchased in advance for £1.

(d) Use of the complimentary broadband Wi-Fi is completely at the guest's own risk and Pickwick Lodge Farm can in no way be held responsible for any damage arising from the use of the system.

(e) Guests using the complimentary broadband Wi-Fi undertake not to:

(i) use the service for any illegal purposes

(ii) use the service as a server or web host, including the sending of bulk email or collect third party data without consent

(iii) use the service within the confines of the "fair usage policy"
